The seat, which can be folded up after use, is 315 mm deep. The seat, as well as the backrest, is fitted with a strong textile covering, which is firmly attached round the frame and which adapts to the body temperature during use. The seat covering is flush with the frame, which facilitates sideways and standing transfers.
The ergonomically designed armrests offer comfortable support for the forearms while sitting and they are long enough to provide safe support also when sitting down on or getting up from the shower seat. The armrests can be folded up individually, e.g. to facilitate a sideways transfer. For users weighing more than 125 kg, and who require extra support while getting into and out of the seat, we recommend using Soft shower seat without armrests in combination with a Hinged arm support at each side.
