Return Policy

We want you to feel good about your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make returns simple.

When You Can Return an Item

  • Request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be new, unused, and in the original box with all parts and instructions.
  • For health and safety reasons, used items or items in contact with a patient cannot be returned. Items involving personal care such as toileting, skin care, sleep care, hygiene cannot be returned
  • Special/custom orders are not returnable.
  • Items that are on high demand or global allocation cannot be returned.
  • Items that are respiratory or oxygen related cannot be returned

How to Return

Contact us first at [email protected] to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns without an RA cannot be accepted.

Send it back safely: Pack the item to avoid damage. You are responsible for return shipping unless we made a mistake or the product arrived damaged. We recommend a trackable service.

Refund or Replacement

  • After we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
  • restocking fee (up to 20%) may be deducted depending on the item’s condition.
  • Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t work properly, notify us within 7 days. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, including shipping.

Rental Refund Policy

To keep our rental program fair and efficient, BORE follows a refund policy similar to other DME providers.

Non-Refundable Rentals
  • All rental payments are non-refundable once the order is placed.
  • Applies to both short-term and long-term rentals.
  • Cancellations after delivery or during the rental period are not eligible for refunds.
Cancellations Before Delivery
  • Cancel within 24 hours of placing your order and before delivery for a full refund.
  • Cancellations after 24 hours but before delivery may incur up to a 25% cancellation fee.
Early Returns

Returning equipment before the end date does not qualify for partial refunds or credits. You are responsible for the full rental term per your agreement.

Exceptions
  • Item unavailable due to company error
  • Equipment arrives defective and a replacement cannot be provided
  • Cancellation requested within the 24-hour grace period
Changes & Rescheduling
  • Rental dates may be rescheduled once, subject to availability, without additional fees if requested at least 48 hours before delivery.
  • Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before delivery may be subject to a change fee.

Changes to These Terms/Policies

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Policies at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 7 days’ notice prior to new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
